"The driver never bloody showed up! I had called them up and they were still on the way to the airport! I had to leave because I had a funeral to show up to. I called them taxi company on my arrival and they had asked me to contact driver directly. I called up the driver and then they had said they were still on the way. I had argued with the taxi company asking how long. I had to then take a black cab. An hour later I had received a call from the taxi company stating they had infact given me a wrong number. I have been fighting with these idiots to get a refund! This is the worst service and shittest team I have dealt with! I wil never use their services again shit company "

However he found where the booking had gone to and contacted them. They phoned to say he was running about 15 minutes late. So thank you to Phoenix. I tried phoning the 0330 number on the app but didn’t get a reply. "

"The pick up driver was 20 late, and then only notified me that he was not the driver picking us up when I message him to ask for an earlier pick up. We had to wait almost 30 min to get any information about a new driver, and when we were going to be picked up, which is not great. Once notified we had to wait additional 20 min for the new driver to arrive. Overall both trips were pleasant and both drivers were very polite."
