"The driver was great, the car was very comfortable and booking process was easy.
I would've liked more communication before - such as what the car was, the driver's contact details and what the registration was so I knew who to look out for, rather than having to chase, after the pickup time to get that information when I couldn't find the driver, and had no idea who I was looking for! "
