"The driver was late by +30 mins so we didn't get it on time to our event which is really frustrating. We booked a shuttle/coach so we know we'll get on time to the venue but he was so late that our team activity was almost cancelled. "

"This was booked for a pick up to go to the airport and pick up from the airport to go home. This review only applies to the first part of my journey (Pick up to go to airport) My pick up was booked for 3:15am but my driver was calling me at 12:00am asking if he could come at 2:00am because he has other jobs to go to and he may be late of he picks my up at 3:15am. I told him he should come for the time I booked. When he arrive he was very rude. He didn't park close enough to make it easy for me to bring the large suitcases. He told me to hurry up while I was collapsing the pushchair. This was the worst driver I have ever had in my life! For this reason I will not be using your service again A different driver came to pick my up from the airport. His name was Simon. He was very professional & polite. That was a pleasant journey. "

"All went very well. My driver altered the time of my pick-up to earlier but as there was no traffic from Norwich to Ashford I had a very long wait till my tour company picked up. I went with his guidance as I am not familiar with London traffic Very nice drivers. I gave them both a tip at the time."
"I was advised that the Driver would be at the airport to meet and greet. That was not the case I was advised to go to the Holiday Inn and wait there. Please note that on Monday Morning at at 04:30 the weather was horrific. So we waited in the rain for 30 minutes. I was advised that the number plate should have been LJ17 KUP. Despite making the booking to be collected at 04:30, I messaged at 04:33 we are outside the Holiday Inn. At 04:37 I advised we are still outside the HI. At 04:51 I was advised the Number Plate was now LN67NPU I asked why the change in NP. At 04:54 received a call to ask me to walk to the car which I refused owing to the weather. Eventually got into the car at 04:59. I asked why the NP had changed and was the Driver insured. The Driver advised that he was told to park away from the airport to avoid additional charges, so the meet and greet in the airport was never going to happen. Therefore I would like a refund for the 30 minute delay in collection and the fact that part of the service I have paid for was never going to happen. The Driver Danish had a very difficult drive back in dreadful conditions and he drove very professionally at all times. "

"Taxi to the airport (Walton to Stanstead) was ok but there was a very loud feedback sound in the car (like a speaker that was getting feedback from a micrphone) and when I asked him if he could turn this down / off he did not seem to understand what I was saying. I'm not sure if his English was not very good or he was hard of hearing? He was otherwise pleasant and the trip was fine, but this loud irrittating sound made the journey quite uncomfortable. The return journey taxi (Stanstead to Walton) was superb and very professional."

Ask for air-conditioned and he put the window down instead. Most of the drive he was looking at something to the left side of him like a movie or phone because he had his AirPods on. I saw he kept looking at this thing rather than the road and then sometimes pulling quickly to get back in lane speeding. Scary and horrible. Never again. "

"The office etc was really helpful when I changed my timings. First driver excellent. Second driver was nearly as disabled as me. We had a close call with a coach, nearly sideswiped on my side. Coach was not at fault. Went around one roundabout (a very confusing one) about 3 times before he could find the right lane and exit off the roundabout. Overall ok."

The driver refused to bring the car to the curb and after the luggage was retrieved, he made the female passengers very uncomfortable. A compensation for the smaller car is necessary."

"He arrived half an hour later than the expected departure time. In addition, the minibus's engine died many times that delayed the departure ONE HOUR! On our way, the minibus slowed to 10mph and almost stopped many times on uphills. After stopping at Heathrow Airport, it again failed starting the engine many times. In the end, we gave up to use the minibus to get to the final destination. So the journey with the minibus was incomplete. "
"A number of road closures and poor diversion directions resulted in a longer and more winding journey than expected, but our driver remained calm and professional. Despite the tiring trip, we all reached our destinations safely and soundly."

"I was not met at the airport. The taxi company had not been monitoring my flight (which arrived earlier). They then told me multiple times over the next hour that the driver was 15 mins away (but only when I called them). 10 mins after my original time I was told the driver was 40 mins away due to traffic so I cancelled. I have asked for a refund. "

He kept in touch throughout the process and also while we negotiated an difficult time on arrive to the UK with a stressful time at the airport. Taxicode app was easy to use and it is helpful having the account details on my phone to check while away."
"the driver was the one confirmed to us in January when we booked - Mohammad Ameer. it was a bit confusing because we received a text message the day before the actual trip saying our driver and car had changed to Francis and it was a BMW. thankfully the original toyota turned up with Mohammad who knew nothing about this change of information. what was that about?? Mohammad was a very careful driver and we were very happy with him. we gave him a tip already. we would recommend him."
"Both the company and driver texted me a day in advance to confirm the pickup time and location. Driver's name and contact were given prior to pickup time and at least I know who to look out for in case changes. Also driver also called and arrived early at pickup location. This gives me a peace of mind when engaging with the company. Good works!"
